Yes. We rear and butcher our own beef and lamb, keeping the whole process close to home. This gives us full control over quality, traceability, and how our meat is handled from farm to customer. We also offer a bespoke butchery service upon request.
▼ What meats do you sell?
We sell beef and lamb from our own farm, including Highland cattle. We also retail naturally raised pork sourced from Ardyne Farm in Toward, produced to high welfare standards.
▼ Is your meat certified?
Yes. We are registered with the Food Standards Agency and are also registered and approved with Quality Meat Scotland for cattle and sheep. Our beef and lamb carry the Scotch Beef and Scotch Lamb brand marks, giving assurance of Scottish provenance, traceability, and high welfare standards.

Yes. We offer local delivery by appointment. Please contact us to discuss availability and arrangements.

Yes. Collection is available by appointment and prearrangement. This helps us ensure your order is prepared and ready for you.
▼ Where does your meat come from?
Our beef and lamb come from livestock born and raised on our family farm at Camquhart Farm in Glendaruel. Our pork is sourced from Ardyne Farm, a nearby farm where pigs are raised naturally with animal welfare at the forefront. Supporting local farming and short supply chains is central to how we work.

Orders can be placed by email or text. Please contact us directly to discuss cuts, quantities, and collection or delivery arrangements.

Yes. We are happy to discuss specific cuts or requirements where possible. Availability may vary depending on the animal and season, so please get in touch to talk through your needs.

We do offer larger orders such as half or whole lamb and other bulk options. Please contact us directly to discuss current availability.

Buying direct means better traceability, fresher meat, and confidence in how animals are raised and handled. It also supports local farming and traditional butchery skills.
